Feature Set:  

The feature set of DUP-DVD is very limited. It only converts and burns your DVD movies to CD media. And you can't even keep the menus or bonus material.

Ease of Use:  

This program is little less user-friendly but once you figure it out, it does what it's supposed to. Well, almost. The interface is a little technical and hard to understand. But the process is a simple one. There isn't much help available and only a little information about the product is available on the website.

Ease of Installation:  

This product is very easy to install; however, we had difficulties getting the program to work. We frequently got error messages when launching the software. After receiving several error messages, we contacted the company and it took more than a week to receive a response.

Quality of Copy:  

Since it only converts to a VCD or SVCD format, the quality of the copy is not as good as the original DVD.

Program Stability:  

This is the second time we've evaluated this software. In our previous review, several years ago, using an older version, we experienced difficulties when copying to SVCD format. Currently, we found the software to be extremely unstable, frequently giving us error messages upon launch.

DUP-DVD limits your use to burning DVDs to CDs, thus significantly decreasing each copy's quality. Additionally, we had many operational difficulties while using this software.
